Booking requests
Submitting a form is a request for availability and does not by itself confirm a transfer. A service is confirmed only after confirmation from Luso Taxis.
Prices and payment
The price or quotation communicated by Luso Taxis applies to the stated journey and passenger details. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made to the driver.
Changes and cancellations
Customers should communicate changes or cancellations as early as possible. Conditions may vary according to the service, notice period and costs already incurred.
Passenger responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate contact, journey, passenger, baggage and flight information and comply with safety instructions.
Delays and force majeure
Luso Taxis will use reasonable efforts to provide the service but is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe traffic disruption, road closures or exceptional weather.
